so this is exciting news, ikea opens on june 18th! yeah! one more reason to never leave this part of brooklyn. trader joe's is next. but don't get me started on the urban outfitters, i am boycotting that outpost for a while. i made a promise to my sister. and have not even set foot down atlantic to peak in the windows. proud mary keep on turning...
anywhoo, here is the press release from ikea headquarters about the red hook store. and this is one less reason to go to the always understocked , annoyingly messy brooklyn target.
